# Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint to make regarding our services, you may contact our customer support via a discord ticket or by email at <support@duel.win>. We will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly. If you remain unhappy with the outcome of any internally handled dispute, you are able to escalate the dispute.
